Financial Arrangements

Insurance
We will file your claim, and, in most cases, accept assignment of payment. You will only need to pay your deductible and the percentage required by your policy.

Fees
Just as we are committed to providing you with quality dental care, we are concerned with keeping your costs reasonable. We accomplish this by eliminating costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept VISA and MasterCard. We also offer a 5% discount for same-day cash or check payments.

School Visits and Office Tours

We would like to offer to your school a "Show & Tell" presentation by our highly trained imaginative staff. The staff will be giving a presentation on dental health and nutrition, utilizing visual aids like puppets, models and a short video to make the educational experience come alive. To book a "Show and Tell" visit for your school, please contact our coordinator.

The second educational opportunity is a School Tour of our office. Preschool and kindergarten children can have a fun, enjoyable time exploring our facilities, becoming familiar with the dental environment, and learning interesting nutritional and preventative information. The tour usually begins with an introduction to dental care by Dudley the Dinosaur. Then comes a walk through the x-ray room, which alleviates apprehension for their first dental x-rays. Children enjoy our hands-on approach to touring the dental office. This will give them a chance to take a ride in the chair and view how the equipment works.
